What this service is

Domain Search King generates domain name suggestions and checks their availability live against the domain registry (RDAP), then links you to a registrar (currently Namecheap, via an affiliate link) to complete registration. We are not a registrar and do not process domain registrations, payments, or hosting ourselves.

Availability is a live check, not a guarantee

We verify each name's availability at the moment it's shown or re-checked. Domain availability can change within seconds — another party may register a name between your check and your attempted purchase. We check as close to real-time as technically possible, but we cannot guarantee a name will still be available when you click through to the registrar.

Affiliate relationship

Registration links are affiliate links. We may earn a commission from the registrar when you complete a purchase through our link, at no additional cost to you. This does not influence which names we show or their verified availability status.

Free tier and MCP use

Search, AI naming, and the MCP connector (/api/mcp) are free for normal use, no signup required. We reserve the right to rate-limit or restrict access for abusive, automated, or high-volume use that degrades service for other users. High-volume commercial or embedded use may require separate arrangement — contact us.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, that every suggested name will meet your trademark or legal requirements, or that third-party registrars will honor pricing shown. You're responsible for your own trademark/legal due diligence before registering and using a domain name.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Domain Search King is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including a name becoming unavailable between check and purchase, or issues with a third-party registrar's checkout process.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to scrape or resell our data at scale without permission, to attempt to disrupt the service (rate abuse, automated hammering of the API outside normal use), or for any unlawful purpose.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
